Simple electronic signature: This is the type of signature corresponding to the first stage of security and legal recognition for the signature of documents. To date, the majority of electronic signatures are “simple” because they are considered more suitable and allow quick use. For example, scanned handwritten signatures or signatures made on the terminals of the delivery agents who bring you your packages are simple signatures.  It is important to note that there is not yet a list that refers to the requirements of this signature template. There is not really a pre-established process for verifying the identity or consent of the signatory, which means that they can easily deny signing the document. However, it is possible to add an authentication step to strengthen the security of the signature and acquire a greater legal value. For example, sending a code by email or sms, necessary for the signature of the document can be a solution.Likewise, the creation of an evidence file tracing the steps of authentication of the signatory is a solution to bring a higher level of credibility in case of dispute of the signature. This file may contain the email address of the signatory, its telephone number, its IP address
